It’s been said that “excellence is in the details.” At Million Taylor, we know this to be true – so we concentrate on the details. In Funeral service, every detail is important to you and to us!

We receive many letters from the families we’ve served, thanking us for our caring ways during their time of loss. Their words warm our hearts, and speak to you of our professionalism, compassion, and the true value of the services we provide.

I just want to thank Million-Taylor Funeral Home from the bottom of our hearts. Today we stopped by to visit with Christy and pick up some keepsake things we ordered and also the stone for DW. Donald Wayne had his visitation/funeral pre-arranged with Million-Taylor, because that is where he chose to have everything taken care of when he passed. He wouldn’t have had it any other way. We would have never changed his plans or anything against his will. We were so pleased with the caring touch that was put into his memorial and yet today you are still striving to help us from the very beginning to the end with his stone. It was nice to know that everything was handled thru one location with a smile and a warm touch. I know we were very picky with everything and you went above and beyond to make all of us comfortable and happy during this hard time for us with a beautiful smile on your face. You have the expertise and it shows. Also the huge memorial photo of DW was amazing and part of the suprise. You made sure it was perfect and we had to have two more copies for each of our homes. It will never be forgotten. We actually think of you as part of our family just getting to know you and that it was our loved ones wishes! That’s how impressed we are. I know that Joe Bills Family feels the same way! God Bless!

Thank You Christy and Carey for everything you did for us during the loss of Donald Wayne. You were truly amazing and made us so comfortable. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

Words cannot express our deep appreciation for the outpouring of care, calls, prayers, flowers, food, cards and visits during the illness and following the passing of our loved one.
Special thanks to John Spilman, who spent countless hours with the family before and after our loss and officiating the service; to Carey, Christy and staff at Million Taylor who went above and beyond our expectations; to those whom participated in the Masonic service and to the pallbearers.
The love, respect and sincerity shown to our family and our very special loved one, was truly amazing.
Thank you and God Bless You All.

Carey and Christy were absolutely wonderful to work with when our father passed away in 2015. They were professional and kept everything so organized, and thought of all the little details. They took a digital thumbprint of my dad so I was able to order a charm with his special thumbprint on it. This is a wonderful keepsake of dad and is so very special to me. Most of all, my brother, sister and I appreciated their sincere caring and kindness. This meant so much to know they really did care about us and knew how important our dad was to us. -Patty

Recently my Mother passed and Million Taylor handled all the arrangements. Christy was truly wonderful - patient, kind, and so very capable. In fact, she found a little known song by Frank Sinatra that my Mother loved for the service. How resourceful! She is tireless in the pursuit of perfection for your loved one's funeral or memorial service. You will never regret choosing Million Taylor with Christy at the helm, I sure don't.

Million Taylor Funeral Homes have went above and beyond to help me during my times of crisis. I have had extensive experience with Million Taylor and have had nothing but the best care from their staff. Early this spring, the staff helped with a prearrangement with my Grandmother. They used extreme respect, explained all options, and were an extremely economical option. My Grandmother was impressed by their professionalism and kindness during this sensitive time. My father unexpectedly passed away in August 2016 in a different county. Completely at a loss, I called Million Taylor and they immediately took care of me. I honestly had no clue of what to do, how to do it, or who to call. Christy and the staff at Million Taylor helped me more than I can ever say. They helped with arrangements, explained my options in a calm manner, and went over every possible scenario. Perhaps best of all, they let me make decisions that were best for me and my family, with no pressure to change things. The staff organized the memorial at the Veteran's cemetery for me, and orchestrated all of the behind the scenes events seamlessly. Kind, full of empathy, generous with their time, and simply wonderful during this incredibly difficult time; Million Taylor Funeral Homes and their staff went above and beyond. I would gladly recommend this incredible place to anyone in need of their services. Whether it be prearrangements, cremation, or other needs, they go above and beyond, are incredibly professional, and anticipate any issue before it becomes a problem.

My German Shepherd and best friend of over a decade, Tyson, passed away recently. He was a gentle giant, and the most loving, loyal dog anyone could ask for. Of course I wanted him cremated so I could always keep him close. However, finding a proper urn for him was extremely difficult. I searched online on various sites, only to find generic rocks or stones, that (in my opinion) had no kind of symbolism as far as depicting my love for this animal, much less his character/personality. I decided to shop local, and contacted Christy at Million-Taylor Funeral home. She was able to meet with me immediately, and had the utmost patience and support in making sure we found exactly what I was seeking to honor the loss of my good companion-all with my 1 year old daughter with us, mind you. Christy never tried to steer me one way or the other, but was more than willing to show me every possible option so I didn't feel the need to "settle" for anything I didn't really want. After looking through several pages of different possibilities, I finally found the perfect urn for my friend, and it was worth every single penny. After placing the order, it came within a week. In person, was so much more than i expected, and it brought me to tears. If you want to truly remember, honor, and preserve your lost loved one's life, person or pet, call MillionTaylor and see what they can do for you, it's worth it. Now, every time I look at his urn on our mantle, I think "that's my buddy, and he deserves it". I'm only giving five stars because there's no room for more! Thank you Christy!!!!

Thank you so very much for the beautiful Christmas ornament with Dave's picture on it. I was so sorry to have missed the memorial service because of a previously planned day in St. Louis with my granddaughter. Christy, you and your staff were so helpful on so many levels when Dave passed away. Your preparation for and help at the church for the memorial service were beyond measure. The emotional support and aftercare are still phenomenal. You are such an asset to our community. Heartfelt thanks to all of you at the funeral home. Julie Fray and family

Christy, I just wanted to say thank you for all you did during the loss of our mother. Going the extra mile to get the hummingbird in the cap of the casket really shows how much you care about granting family requests. And for working with me on those last minute changes. The service truly reflected our Mother's life experiences. I can not think of anything that you could have done to make this experience any easier for us. Thank you again. Cindy White

Christy, I have had the opportunity to work with you twice this year. You were so kind, considerate and compassionate while at the same time you were very professional and able to deliver exactly the kind of service we needed. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you.
